logo designs
1.

2.

We've got a couple of logos we've been playing around with.
We're really digging the simple approach - number 1 above, shown in orange, blue and green - the same colors as our proposed Plaid patterns. Here's what it could look like
on the back of a business card. What do you think?

I like the simplicity of #1 as well. The orange makes me hungry for fruit, the blue makes me feel like I am floating, and the green makes me feel like I am running through a tall grass field with a golden retriever puppy. (Yes, all logos convey some type of strange emotion with me.) Though, what those feeling may tell you is that, the logo may be a little soft.
I like the contrast of the circle being on the cubed PLAID™ pattern, however, I am not too sure about the typeface (VAG Rounded?). When I think of the word plaid, I see either a crisp sans-serif, or a cursive type (simlar to: this type). In context with the pattern, it looks great, but imagine it on a clients project, or some stationary. It would have that web 2.0 feel, that you seem to want to stay away from (I don't blame you). Point of reference: The logos of Web 2.0
As a side note; it would be cool if for the business cards, there were some type of round sticker (the logo) that would be placed randomly on the card... which would push and represent your, "Design, ideas, strategies and know-how brought together delivers something unexpected & extraordinary."
I'm liking the creative direction of this so far though!
Love the orange one.
I like the first design, but the VAG thing makes me think Dunkin' Donuts font a little. Still, at least it has a little more personality than a generic like Universe, etc.
I really like what y'all have going with this, but to be quite honest the typography of the design is distracting. Perhaps a font that also exudes the simplistic and clean lines you seem to be aiming for?
